COVID-19 Update — Accepting New Clients

March 24, 2020

We are accepting new clients with criminal defense, traffic,  personal injury, appeals, and/or civil litigation matters. Although we are working remotely–or with limited hours in the office–we are able to accommodate your schedule to discuss your legal needs.

As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation evolves daily, Tyack Law continues to take every measure possible to protect the well-being of our employees, clients, and people within our community. We have developed a plan and are working to ensure that we will continue to meet our clients’ legal needs in the criminal defense, traffic, appellate, civil litigation, and personal injury practice areas throughout the Central Ohio area. Our attorneys and staff remain accessible to work with you throughout this challenging time—be it at our downtown Columbus office or remotely over phone or email. We are monitoring the situation daily and will adhere to recommendations from the Governor, CDC, and our local health organizations, courts, and government officials. Although Governor DeWine recently issued a “stay-at-home” Order, “legal services” are expressly recognized as an “essential business” exempt under Section 12(u) from the “stay-at-home” Order.
